1. Provide guidance and support in all areas of HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, and compliance.
2. Collaborate with HR team members and other departments to develop and implement policies and procedures that align with organizational goals and values.
3. Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations, including but not limited to EEO, FMLA, ADA, and FLSA.
4. Serve as a subject matter expert on HR operations, staying up-to-date on industry trends and best practices.
5. Develop and maintain relationships with employees at all levels of the organization, providing exceptional customer service and support.
6. Utilize data and analytics to identify areas for improvement and make recommendations for streamlining processes.
7. Conduct regular audits and assessments to ensure accuracy and consistency in HR operations.
8. Participate in the development and delivery of training programs for employees and managers on HR policies, procedures, and compliance.
9. Manage multiple projects and priorities, effectively delegating tasks and meeting deadlines.
10. Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
11. Collaborate with external partners and vendors as needed.
12. Act as a brand ambassador for MercyOne, promoting our mission and values in all interactions.
13. Continuously look for ways to improve and innovate HR operations and processes.
14. Stay informed on changes in HR laws and regulations and make recommendations for policy updates as needed.
15. Represent the organization in a professional and positive manner at all times.
