Food Service Associate Lead

Responsibilities:

1. Lead and supervise a team of food service associates and ensure a safe and high-quality dining experience for patients, visitors, and staff.
2. Implement and maintain food service standards and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
3. Train and coach food service associates on proper food handling, safety, and sanitation practices.
4. Monitor food service activities and maintain records of inventory, purchases, and sales.
5. Ensure accurate and timely delivery of meals and snacks.
6. Address customer complaints in a prompt and professional manner.
7. Ensure a clean and inviting dining area at all times.
8. Maintain accurate records of food costs and develop strategies to reduce expenses.
9. Ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
10. Monitor and manage staffing levels to ensure adequate coverage.
