  18. Follow infection control protocols to prevent the spread of illnesses.
  19. Assist with stocking and maintaining supplies and equipment.
  20. Attend to any other duties assigned by the nursing staff or supervisor.

Job Qualifications
  • Current Cna Certification: Applicants Must Possess A Valid And Current Certified Nursing Assistant (Cna) Certification From An Accredited Institution.

  • Previous Acute Care Experience: Candidates Must Have A Minimum Of 1-2 Years Of Experience Working As A Cna In An Acute Care Setting.

  • Bls Certification: All Applicants Must Have A Current Basic Life Support (Bls) Certification From The American Heart Association.

  • Strong Communication Skills: Excellent Communication Skills, Both Written And Verbal, Are Necessary For This Role As Cnas Will Be Required To Collaborate With Fellow Staff Members, Patients, And Their Families.

  • Ability To Work In A Fast-Paced Environment: The Cna Acute Care Position At Mercyone Requires Individuals Who Can Work Efficiently And Effectively In A Fast-Paced Environment While Managing Multiple Tasks And Responsibilities.
