
NOC Engineer
The primary job function of the NOC Engineer II is to monitor/maintain the operational, performance and integrity of the company’s enterprise Infrastructure. This would include enterprise software/applications, hardware and network efficiency in a 7x24 on premise data center environment. Will also be responsible for definition of process road maps (KB), change management validations, user/system impacted incident management and resolutions. Monitor/maintain operational, performance and integrity of enterprise Infrastructure. Process documentation (KB) and automation. User/system impacted incident management and resolutions. Minimize risk and exposure to system security and business interruption on company's infrastructure.
2-5 years of Network Operations Center (NOC) experience, applications, and related technologies
Experience in monitoring tools (e.g. Nagios, ScienceLogic, OpsView, BMC Helix, etc.)
CCAr Cd Csco Cert Artct preferred
