
HRIS Analyst
Recommends process/customer service improvements, innovative solutions, policy changes and/or major variations from established policy that must be approved by appropriate leadership prior to implementation. Serves as a key liaison with third parties and other stakeholders (e.g. payroll). Supports, writes, and maintains a variety of reports or queries using appropriate reporting tools. Assists in development of standard reports for ongoing customer needs. Helps maintain data integrity in systems by running queries and analyzing data. Lead the review, testing and implementation of HRIS upgrades or patches. Develops user procedures, guidelines and documentation. Trains team members on new processes/functionality.
Minimum 3 years related experience in HR systems, preferably UKGPro
Ability to keep strict confidentiality with regard to employee and other sensitive data
