  1. Develop and implement a comprehensive test strategy for the in-car infotainment system, ensuring that all aspects of the system are thoroughly tested and meet quality standards.
  2. Lead and manage a team of test engineers, providing guidance and support to ensure efficient and effective testing processes.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including software developers and product managers, to understand project requirements and identify potential areas of improvement.
  4. Design and execute test cases and procedures to validate the functionality, usability, and performance of the in-car infotainment system.
  5. Monitor and analyze test results, identifying and troubleshooting any issues or defects and providing timely and accurate reports to stakeholders.
  6. Develop and maintain test documentation, including test plans, test cases, and test reports, to ensure traceability and compliance with industry standards.
  7. Stay up-to-date with the latest automotive technology trends and advancements, and continuously seek opportunities to enhance testing processes and methodologies.
  8. Ensure timely delivery of high-quality test results and effectively manage resources and timelines to meet project deadlines.
  9. Provide training and support to team members, promoting a culture of quality and continuous improvement.
  10. Act as a subject matter expert on in-car infotainment system testing and provide insights and recommendations to senior management for decision-making.

Job Qualifications
  • Extensive Experience In Software Testing And Quality Assurance, Specifically In The Automotive Industry With A Focus On In-Car Infotainment Systems.

  • Strong Knowledge Of Industry Standards And Regulations, Such As Iso 26262 And Automotive Spice, And Experience Ensuring Compliance In Testing Processes.

  • Excellent Communication And Leadership Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Manage A Team Of Testers And Collaborate With Cross-Functional Teams.

  • Proficiency In Test Management Tools And Methodologies, Such As Agile, Scrum, And Waterfall, To Effectively Plan, Execute, And Report On Testing Activities.

  • Understanding Of The Latest Trends And Technologies In The Automotive Industry, Particularly In The Area Of In-Car Infotainment Systems, And The Ability To Adapt And Apply Them In Testing Processes.
