Supply Chain Manager

We’re looking for a motivated and experienced Supply Chain Manager to join the Mercedes-Benz Group and lead our supply chain teams in achieving the highest levels of customer satisfaction and financial performance. This position requires an individual with a passion for optimizing supply chain operations, excellent problem-solving skills, and an entrepreneurial spirit.To be successful in this role, you should have a Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field. Additionally, you should have at least five years of experience in a supply chain management role, preferably with an automotive company. You should be comfortable working with people from diverse backgrounds and cultures and be a strategic thinker with strong analytical and project management skills. Above all, you must have a passion for the automotive industry and a drive to exceed expectations.

Responsibilities:

1. Develop and implement effective supply chain management strategies that optimize customer satisfaction and financial performance.
2. Analyze data and trends to create actionable insights and make informed decisions.
3. Monitor and evaluate supply chain performance and customer satisfaction levels.
4. Manage and motivate supply chain personnel to ensure the highest levels of productivity and performance.
5. Liaise with suppliers to negotiate prices and ensure timely delivery of products.
6. Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders and vendors.
7. Create and implement processes and procedures for efficient supply chain operations.
8. Monitor compliance with industry standards and regulations.
9. Identify areas for improvement and cost-saving opportunities.
10. Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in the automotive industry.
