Job Description

As a Supply Chain Manager at Mercedes-Benz Group, you will be responsible for driving continuous improvement in the efficiency of our supply chain. This is a key role in our organization, and you will have the opportunity to make a lasting impact on the success of our business. We are looking for a highly organized, motivated, and detail-oriented individual with a passion for supply chain management. To be successful in this role, you must have a Bachelor's degree in a related field, a minimum of 5 years of experience in supply chain management, and a proven track record of delivering tangible results. You must also have excellent communication skills, be able to work in a fast-paced environment, and be able to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Responsibilities:

• Analyze supply chain operations to identify areas for improvement and develop strategies for implementation • Develop and implement cost-effective solutions to optimize efficiency and reduce costs • Establish and maintain strong relationships with vendors and suppliers • Monitor supply chain performance metrics and analyze data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement • Develop and execute plans to ensure on-time delivery of materials and products • Manage relationships with transportation providers to ensure efficient delivery of materials and products • Monitor and adjust inventory levels to ensure sufficient supply to meet customer demand • Create and implement processes to streamline supply chain operations and reduce costs • Develop and maintain accurate records to track supply chain performance • Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth integration of all supply chain operations • Monitor compliance with industry regulations and standards
