
Supply Chain Manager
At Mercedes-Benz Group, we are looking for an experienced Supply Chain Manager to join our team. This individual must be a strategic thinker with strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills. The ideal candidate must have a passion for constantly improving the supply chain, and must possess the drive for success and excellence.The Supply Chain Manager will play an integral role in the organization, as they will be responsible for overseeing the coordination, implementation, and management of the supply chain. They will be focused on achieving optimal performance and customer satisfaction, while ensuring all supply chain operations are cost-effective and efficient.We are looking for an individual with a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field. A minimum of 5 years of experience in a supply chain management role is required, along with a proven track record of successful results. Additionally, the successful candidate must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and be able to effectively manage a large team. Responsibilities of the Supply Chain Manager:
- Manage the coordination, implementation, and optimization of the supply chain.
- Ensure optimal performance and customer satisfaction for all supply chain operations.
- Develop and implement cost-effective and efficient strategies and processes to improve supply chain operations.
- Monitor and analyze supply chain data to identify areas of improvement and develop strategies to address them.
- Plan, manage, and execute the supply chain process in order to meet customer demands.
- Effectively manage a large team of supply chain personnel.
- Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers and customers.
- Monitor and analyze market trends and changes to ensure the supply chain is up-to-date.
- Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce cost.
- Track and analyze supply chain performance to ensure all goals are met.
Bachelor's Degree In Supply Chain Management

Business Or Related Field
At Least Years Of Experience In Supply Chain
Logistics And/Or Inventory Management
In-Depth Knowledge Of Inventory Control And Management Processes
