- Continuous improvement: Continuously monitor supply chain operations to identify opportunities for improvement and implement solutions to enhance logistical efficiency.
- Material flow management: Ensure smooth flow of materials and products within the organization by monitoring inventory levels, tracking shipments, and addressing any issues that may arise.
- Supply chain optimization: Develop and implement strategies to optimize supply chain processes, reduce costs, and improve overall efficiency.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams: Work closely with other departments, such as procurement, production, and sales, to coordinate and streamline supply chain operations.
- Identify and mitigate risks: Identify potential risks in the supply chain and develop plans to mitigate them, ensuring uninterrupted flow of materials and products.
- Stay updated with industry trends: Keep abreast of industry trends, best practices, and new technologies related to supply chain management and logistics.
- Generate reports: Prepare and present reports on supply chain performance, highlighting key metrics, and providing recommendations for improvement.
- Problem-solving: Proactively identify and troubleshoot any supply chain issues that may arise and work towards finding effective solutions.
- Maintain vendor relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials and resolve any supply-related issues.
- Compliance: Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements related to supply chain operations.
Bachelor's Degree In Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, Or Related Field.
Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Supply Chain And Logistics Analysis, Preferably In The Automotive Industry.
In-Depth Knowledge Of Supply Chain Processes, Including Procurement, Inventory Management, And Transportation Logistics.
Proficiency In Data Analysis And Advanced Knowledge Of Supply Chain Software And Systems Such As Sap, Oracle, Or Mrp.
Strong Communication And Problem-Solving Skills, With The Ability To Work Collaboratively With Cross-Functional Teams And External Stakeholders.
