Powertrain Test Engineer

This position will specifically require application of engineering principles to test and validate complex powertrain controls software, functions and features that set the industry benchmark for performance, fuel efficiency, cost, reliability and safety. You will generate and implement ideas to continuously improve the work environment, systems, tools, and processes. Analyze and report on test results. Develop and calibrate HiL plant models for vehicle dynamics, engine; aftertreatment and transmission performance - essential for testing moderate to complex software features. Maintain and align a HiL DVP database in conjunction with vehicle test engineers. Develop smart and automated data analytics methods to support test result analysis.
