• Develop and implement safety protocols and standards for all Mercedes-Benz vehicles.
• Conduct thorough research and analysis of current safety trends and technologies in the automotive industry.
• Collaborate with engineering and design teams to integrate safety features into new vehicle models.
• Conduct safety audits and inspections to identify potential hazards and make recommendations for improvements.
• Train and educate dealership staff on safety protocols and procedures.
• Stay up-to-date on all industry safety regulations and ensure compliance within the company.
• Investigate and analyze customer safety concerns and provide timely resolution.
• Monitor and track safety data and metrics to identify areas for improvement.
• Act as a liaison between the company and regulatory agencies for all safety-related matters.
• Participate in product testing and validation to ensure the highest level of safety for our customers.
• Continuously seek out new and innovative ways to enhance occupant safety in Mercedes-Benz vehicles.
