As the Manager of HR Shared Services, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our HR service center, ensuring timely and efficient delivery of services to our employees and stakeholders.   1. Manage and lead the HR Shared Services team, providing direction, support, and guidance to ensure the team's success in delivering high-quality services.
  2. Develop and implement strategies to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the HR service center operations.
  3. Monitor and evaluate the performance of the HR Shared Services team, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions as needed.
  4. Collaborate with other HR leaders to ensure consistent and seamless delivery of services across the organization.
  5. Oversee the recruitment, training, and development of HR Shared Services team members, fostering a positive and high-performing work culture.
  6. Develop and maintain standard operating procedures and service level agreements for the HR service center.
  7. Ensure compliance with all relevant HR laws, regulations, and company policies in all HR service center activities.
  8. Manage and maintain relationships with external vendors and service providers to ensure efficient and cost-effective delivery of HR services.
  9. Continuously monitor and analyze HR service center metrics to identify trends and make data-driven decisions to improve service delivery.
  10. Serve as a point of escalation for complex or sensitive HR inquiries and issues, providing timely and effective resolution.
  11. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements and automation opportunities within the HR service center.
  12. Stay updated on industry best practices and trends to continuously improve the HR service center's operations and services.
  13. Prepare and present reports on HR service center performance and initiatives to senior management.
  14. Act as a brand ambassador for Mercedes-Benz Group, promoting our values and culture in all interactions with employees and stakeholders.
  15. Foster a customer-centric mindset within the HR service center, ensuring a positive and personalized experience for all employees.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Human Resources, Business Administration, Or Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Hr Shared Services, Preferably In A Multinational Corporation.

  • Strong Knowledge Of Hr Policies, Procedures, And Regulations.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills.

  • Experience In Managing A Team And Handling Complex Hr Issues.
