  1. Coordinate and plan equipment for assembly series in collaboration with experienced professionals.
  2. Conduct research and analysis to identify the most efficient and effective equipment for the assembly process.
  3. Develop and maintain a detailed timeline for equipment procurement and installation.
  4. Communicate with equipment manufacturers and suppliers to ensure timely delivery and installation.
  5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure all equipment meets safety and quality standards.
  6. Participate in meetings and provide updates on equipment status and progress.
  7. Conduct regular inspections to ensure equipment is functioning properly and address any issues or concerns.
  8. Maintain accurate documentation and records of all equipment and its maintenance schedule.
  9. Assist in budgeting and cost analysis for equipment needs.
  10. Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in equipment technology to make recommendations for improvements.
  11. Work with team members to identify and implement process improvements for equipment planning and coordination.

Job Qualifications
  • Knowledge Of Assembly Series Planning: The Intern Should Have A Strong Understanding Of Assembly Series Planning Processes, Including Equipment Selection, Layout Design, And Optimization.

  • Mechanical Engineering Background: A Degree Or Coursework In Mechanical Engineering Would Be Beneficial For This Role, As It Involves Working With Complex Equipment And Machinery.

  • Strong Analytical Skills: The Intern Should Possess Excellent Analytical Skills To Be Able To Understand And Interpret Technical Specifications And Data Related To Assembly Series Planning Equipment.

  • Attention To Detail: Assembling Vehicles Requires Precision And Attention To Detail, So The Intern Must Have A Keen Eye For Detail And Be Able To Spot Any Potential Issues That Could Impact Production.
