  1. Provide administrative support to the HR team in all areas of HR services.
  2. Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, including but not limited to, personal information, benefits, and performance evaluations.
  3. Assist in the recruitment and onboarding process, including scheduling interviews and preparing new hire paperwork.
  4. Coordinate and schedule training and development programs for employees.
  5. Respond to employee inquiries and provide exceptional customer service, ensuring a positive and professional experience.
  6. Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive employee information with discretion and integrity.
  7. Process payroll and benefits changes accurately and in a timely manner.
  8. Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations related to HR services.
  9. Continuously review and improve HR processes to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
  10. Collaborate with other HR team members to support the overall goals and objectives of the department.
  11. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in HR services.
  12. Assist with special projects and tasks as needed.
  13. Effectively communicate with all levels of the organization, including senior management.
  14. Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
