1. Conduct HiL (Hardware-in-the-Loop) validation tests on our automotive systems to ensure they meet design specifications and quality standards.
2. Develop test plans and procedures for HiL testing, taking into consideration system requirements and customer needs.
3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define test cases, analyze results, and troubleshoot any issues that arise during testing.
4. Utilize various tools and techniques to simulate real-world scenarios and evaluate system performance.
5. Monitor and report on the progress and results of HiL testing, providing regular updates to project managers and stakeholders.
6. Continuously improve and optimize testing processes to increase efficiency and effectiveness.

8. Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards during HiL testing.

10. Provide guidance and support to junior engineers and interns in the HiL testing process.
11. Maintain and calibrate HiL equipment and tools to ensure accurate and reliable test results.
12. Participate in design reviews and provide valuable input based on testing results.
13. Act as a subject matter expert in HiL testing, providing insights and recommendations to improve the overall quality of our automotive systems.
