- Serve as a strategic partner to the HR Manager in developing and implementing HR strategies and initiatives that align with the company's goals and objectives
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address HR-related issues and opportunities
- Support the recruitment and selection process by partnering with hiring managers to identify talent needs, sourcing candidates, and conducting interviews
- Develop and implement employee development programs, including training, coaching, and mentoring, to support employee growth and retention
- Ensure compliance with all relevant employment laws and regulations and keep abreast of changes in the HR landscape
- Assist in the development and maintenance of HR policies and procedures that promote a positive and inclusive work culture
- Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on HR-related matters, including performance management, employee relations, and conflict resolution
- Manage employee onboarding and offboarding processes, including conducting exit interviews and identifying areas for improvement
- Collaborate with the compensation and benefits team to ensure competitive and fair compensation and benefits packages for employees
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve HR processes and procedures.
Bachelor's Degree In Human Resources, Business Administration, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Hr Business Partnering Or A Related Role, Ideally In The Automotive Industry.
Strong Understanding Of Hr Principles, Practices, And Employment Laws.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Build Strong Relationships With Employees At All Levels.
Proven Leadership Skills, With The Ability To Manage And Develop A Team Of Hr Professionals.
