  1. Lead and oversee the digital transformation efforts at Mercedes-Benz Group.
  2. Develop and implement innovative digital strategies to drive business growth and enhance customer experience.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize digital transformation opportunities.
  4. Monitor industry trends and emerging technologies to identify potential opportunities for digital transformation at Mercedes-Benz.
  5. Work closely with the General Manager of Digital Transformation to develop and execute a long-term digital roadmap for the company.
  6. Provide guidance and support to the team in the execution of digital projects and initiatives.
  7. Evaluate and analyze the effectiveness of digital initiatives and make recommendations for improvement.
  8. Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, both internal and external, to ensure alignment and support for digital transformation efforts.
  9. Act as a change agent by promoting a culture of digital innovation and continuous improvement.
  10. Monitor and manage the budget for digital transformation initiatives.
  11. Stay up-to-date with industry best practices and standards related to digital transformation.
  12. Mentor and develop team members to enhance their digital transformation skills and capabilities.
  13. Represent Mercedes-Benz Group at industry events and conferences to showcase our digital transformation journey.
  14. Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies related to digital transformation.
  15. Collaborate with the General Manager and other senior leaders to develop and execute a comprehensive digital transformation strategy for the organization.

Job Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In Business Administration, Computer Science, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 8-10 Years Of Experience In Digital Transformation, Preferably In The Automotive Industry.

  • Strong Understanding Of Emerging Digital Technologies And Their Impact On Business Strategy.

  • Proven Track Record Of Successfully Leading And Implementing Digital Transformation Initiatives.

  • Excellent Leadership And Communication Skills, With The Ability To Collaborate And Influence Cross-Functional Teams.
