- Ensure timely and accurate recording of all purchasing transactions.
- Maintain and reconcile purchasing accounts and reports.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and accuracy of financial data.
- Analyze financial data and provide insights and recommendations for cost-saving measures.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Assist in budgeting and forecasting for purchasing activities.

- Prepare and present financial reports to management.

Bachelor's Degree In Accounting, Finance, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 3 Years Of Experience In Purchasing And/Or Accounting, Preferably In A Manufacturing Or Automotive Industry.
Strong Knowledge Of Procurement Processes And Procedures, Including Experience With Sap Or Other Purchasing Software.
Excellent Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills, With The Ability To Identify And Implement Process Improvements.
Strong Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Work Cross-Functionally And Effectively Manage Relationships With Suppliers And Internal Stakeholders.
