  1. Develop and implement testing strategies for new vehicle systems and technologies.
  2. Lead a team of engineers in conducting HiL (Hardware-in-the-Loop) testing for vehicle components and systems.
  3. Ensure that all testing procedures and protocols are followed in accordance with industry standards and regulations.
  4. Analyze test results and provide recommendations for improvements and optimizations.
  5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and troubleshoot any issues or defects found during testing.
  6. Stay up-to-date with industry advancements and incorporate new testing methods and technologies into our processes.
  7. Maintain and calibrate testing equipment to ensure accurate and reliable results.
  8. Train and mentor junior engineers on testing techniques and procedures.
  9. Create and maintain comprehensive documentation of all testing activities and results.
  10. Communicate testing progress and findings to upper management and other stakeholders.
  11. Participate in design reviews and provide input on potential areas for improvement.
  12. Conduct root cause analysis and develop solutions for any identified issues.
  13. Comply with all safety protocols and regulations during testing activities.
  14. Collaborate with suppliers and external partners to ensure timely and accurate delivery of testing components.
  15. Lead continuous improvement efforts to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of testing processes.

Job Qualifications
  • Extensive Knowledge And Experience In Automotive Engineering: The Lead Engineer Must Possess A Strong Background In Automotive Engineering And A Deep Understanding Of Vehicle Dynamics, Systems, And Components.

  • Expertise In Hil Testing: The Ideal Candidate Should Have A Proven Track Record Of Successfully Leading And Executing Hil Testing Projects, With A Strong Understanding Of Testing Methodologies, Tools, And Techniques.

  • Strong Leadership Skills: As The Lead Engineer, This Role Requires The Ability To Effectively Manage A Team Of Engineers And Technicians, Delegate Tasks, And Provide Guidance And Support To Ensure The Successful Completion Of Hil Testing Projects.

  • Excellent Communication And Collaboration Skills: The Lead Engineer Will Be Responsible For Coordinating With Cross-Functional Teams, Including Software Developers, Test Engineers, And Project Managers. Strong Communication And Collaboration Skills Are Essential For Effective Teamwork.

  • Attention To Detail And Problem-Solving Abilities: Hil Testing Involves Complex Systems And Requires A High Level Of Attention To Detail To Identify And Troubleshoot Issues. The Lead Engineer Must Possess Strong Problem-Solving Skills To Quickly And Efficiently Resolve Any Issues That May Arise During Testing.
