  1. Manage and oversee the development of chassis systems for Mercedes-Benz vehicles.
  2. Ensure that all chassis systems meet high-quality standards and performance expectations.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop innovative and cutting-edge chassis designs.
  4. Conduct thorough research and analysis to identify potential areas for improvement in chassis systems.
  5. Monitor and track industry trends and advancements in chassis technology to stay ahead of the competition.
  6. Communicate with suppliers and vendors to source the best materials and components for chassis development.
  7. Coordinate with production teams to ensure efficient and timely integration of chassis systems into vehicle production.
  8. Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including engineers, designers, and executives.
  9. Train and mentor junior team members to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to excel in their roles.
  10. Collaborate with other departments, such as marketing and sales, to ensure that chassis systems align with the overall brand and customer expectations.
  11. Monitor and manage budget and resources effectively to ensure cost-efficient development of chassis systems.
  12. Stay up-to-date with industry regulations and standards to ensure compliance and safety in all chassis designs.
  13. Act as a brand ambassador and represent Mercedes-Benz Group at industry events and conferences.
  14. Continuously strive for improvement and innovation in chassis design to maintain Mercedes-Benz's position as a leader in luxury automobiles.
  15. Foster a positive and collaborative work environment to promote teamwork and achieve common goals.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Mechanical Engineering Or Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Experience In The Automotive Industry, With A Focus On Chassis Design And Development.

  • Strong Knowledge Of Vehicle Dynamics, Suspension Systems, And Steering Systems.

  • Excellent Project Management Skills, With The Ability To Lead And Coordinate Cross-Functional Teams.

  • Familiarity With Industry Regulations And Standards, Such As Iso/Ts 16949 And Vda 6.3.
