1. Oversee and manage all aspects of audio engineering for Mercedes-Benz luxury vehicles.
2. Lead a team of audio engineers and technicians, providing guidance and mentorship to ensure high-quality work and efficient operations.

8. Monitor and manage budgets for audio engineering projects and ensure timely completion within allocated resources.
9. Act as a liaison between the audio engineering team and other departments to ensure effective communication and coordination.
10. Continuously evaluate and improve processes and procedures to optimize efficiency and productivity of the audio engineering team.
11. Foster a positive and collaborative work environment to promote innovation and creativity within the team.
12. Represent Mercedes-Benz Group in a professional manner, both internally and externally, as a subject matter expert in audio engineering.
