In this role, you will be responsible for leading the development and execution of body and comfort concepts for our renowned AMG brand. We are seeking a passionate and detail-oriented individual with a strong background in automotive engineering and a deep understanding of the AMG brand.   1. Lead and oversee the development and execution of body and comfort concepts for the AMG brand.
  2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including design, engineering, and marketing, to ensure alignment and integration of body and comfort concepts.
  3. Conduct market research and analysis to identify consumer needs and trends in the luxury automotive market.
  4. Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the AMG brand and its values, and ensure that all body and comfort concepts align with these values.
  5. Create and manage project timelines and budgets, ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery of body and comfort concepts.
  6. Provide technical expertise and guidance to the team, ensuring that all body and comfort concepts meet technical and safety requirements.
  7. Conduct regular reviews and evaluations of body and comfort concepts, and make recommendations for improvements and refinements.
  8. Stay up-to-date with industry advancements and innovations in body and comfort technology, and integrate them into AMG body and comfort concepts.
  9. Foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement within the team.
  10. Manage and mentor team members, providing guidance and support in their professional development.
  11. Communicate and collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
  12. Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards.
  13. Represent the AMG brand and Mercedes-Benz Group in a professional and positive manner at industry events and conferences.
  14. Contribute to the overall success and growth of the AMG brand by driving excellence in body and comfort concepts.
