Stocker

At Menards, we are looking for an experienced and motivated Stocker to join our team and help ensure our store shelves are always stocked and organized. The ideal candidate for this position should have a passion for customer service and a strong attention to detail. We are looking for someone who is comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and is able to prioritize tasks while multitasking. The successful candidate should also have a good understanding of product placement and store layout.Required Qualifications:• High school diploma or equivalent• Ability to lift up to 75 lbs.• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods of time• Ability to successfully pass a background check• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays• Ability to communicate effectively with customers, management, and other team members• Previous stocking experience is preferred
