Sales Associate

We are looking for a highly motivated and passionate Sales Associate to join our team at Menards! Our ideal candidate is someone who is customer service-oriented and has a passion for helping people. If you have the right qualifications and a great attitude, we would love to hear from you.The successful Sales Associate will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, assisting customers with product inquiries, and accurately processing transactions. This position requires the ability to stand and walk for extended periods of time and to lift and carry items up to 50 pounds.To be successful in this role, you must possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, have a strong customer service ethic, and be able to work in a fast-paced environment. A high school diploma or equivalent is required for this position. Previous experience in a customer service or retail environment is preferred.
