Job Description

We are looking for a Research & Development Engineer to join our team at Menards and help us develop innovative solutions to a variety of engineering problems. Our ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of engineering principles and the ability to clearly communicate their ideas. We are looking for someone who is self-motivated and able to work independently as well as with a team.To be successful in this role, you must have a Bachelor's degree in engineering, a minimum of two years of experience in a related field, and proficiency in CAD software. Demonstrated critical-thinking, problem-solving, and analytical skills will be essential. If you have an analytical mind, a passion for engineering, and are ready to join a dynamic team, we want to hear from you!
