At Menards, we are looking for an experienced and enthusiastic individual to join our team as an Outside Yard/Receiving Associate. The ideal candidate for this position will work with an unparalleled sense of urgency and commitment, while maintaining a positive attitude and providing exceptional customer service.The Outside Yard/Receiving Associate must possess a broad knowledge of yard and receiving processes, excellent communication and organizational skills, and a good understanding of safety regulations and procedures. Additionally, the successful candidate must be able to lift heavy items, work outdoors in all kinds of weather, and respond swiftly to customer requests.If you have the qualifications and experience we are looking for, and are passionate about delivering exceptional customer service, then we look forward to hearing from you.
