Outside Yard/Receiving

At Menards, we are looking for an experienced Yard/Receiving team member who is enthusiastic, customer-focused and eager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for receiving and stocking freight, assisting customers with loading of purchased products, and maintaining the outside yard in a safe and clean condition. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, good communication skills, and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service.Qualifications:• High school diploma or equivalent• Previous experience in a similar role is preferred• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and push/pull carts weighing up to 500 lbs.• Ability to stand and/or walk for extended periods of time, and perform repetitive tasks• Ability to work both independently and in a team environment• Good communication and customer service skills• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment• Flexibility to work various shifts and days, including weekends and holidaysIf you have the qualifications and enthusiasm to join the Menards team, we want to hear from you!
