Job Description

Are you looking to join an enthusiastic team with a family atmosphere? Menards is looking for an Outside Yard/Receiving Associate to join our team! As an Outside Yard/Receiving Associate, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service while performing general duties in the yard and receiving area of the store. To be successful in this position, you must have the ability to lift up to 50 pounds, display good organizational skills, and possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Additionally, you must have the ability to work in a fast-paced environment and be able to multi-task. An ideal candidate will have a positive attitude and be customer focused.
