Manager Trainee

Menards is looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented Manager Trainee to join our team. In this role, you will receive comprehensive training and mentorship while developing the skills necessary to become a successful Manager. As a Manager Trainee, you will learn the day-to-day operations of running a store and gain valuable experience in customer service, sales, and inventory maintenance.To be successful in this role, you must have excellent organizational and communication skills, the ability to multi-task, and a strong customer service orientation. You must also have the ability to work both independently and in a team environment.
