Responsibilities:

1. Assisting in the development and implementation of process improvements and innovative solutions to enhance the organization's operational efficiency.
2. Assisting in the management of daily operations and providing direction to ensure that all tasks are completed within the specified time frame.
3. Supporting the store managers in the development of new strategies and initiatives to improve customer service and increase sales.
4. Developing promotional campaigns and materials to support marketing efforts.
5. Monitoring and maintaining inventory levels and conducting research to identify new products and services.
6. Attending meetings and training sessions to stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices.
7. Maintaining accurate records and preparing reports to track performance metrics.
8. Assisting in the recruitment, hiring, and development of new employees.
9. Supporting the store managers in the implementation of policies and procedures.
