Cashier

Welcome to Menards! We are looking for an enthusiastic and reliable Cashier to join our team. As a Cashier at Menards, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service while processing customer transactions in a quick and efficient manner.The ideal candidate for this position will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, a strong attention to detail, and a commitment to providing excellent customer service. Responsibilities:

1. Greet customers in a friendly and professional manner
2. Accurately process customer transactions using POS system
3. Maintain a clean and organized work area
4. Adhere to all store policies and procedures
5. Provide excellent customer service at all times
6. Answer customer questions and resolve any issues or complaints
7. Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of store products and services
8. Process customer returns and exchanges
9. Count and balance the cash register at the end of each shift
10. Assist in other areas of the store as needed
