Responsibilities: -Greet customers in a friendly and welcoming manner -Accurately ring up items for customers using the point-of-sale system -Answer customer inquiries and provide product information -Issue receipts, refunds, change, and other transactions -Maintain a neat and organized checkout area -Ensure compliance with all company policies and procedures -Maintain a courteous and helpful attitude towards customers -Track inventory and order products when needed -Resolve customer issues and complaints in a professional manner -Provide excellent customer service at all times
