As a Cashier, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and completing sales transactions. You will be the face of Menards and the first point of contact for many of our customers.To be successful as a Cashier, you should have an outgoing personality and be able to follow instructions. You should also be able to think on your feet and handle customer service issues with poise and professionalism.The ideal candidate for this role will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, be organized and detail-oriented, and have strong problem-solving skills.
