Job Description

At MemorialCare, our Lead Care Associates are the heartbeat of our organization. We are looking for an experienced, passionate Lead Care Associate to join our team and help us ensure every patient receives quality care. The ideal candidate is a highly motivated individual who is passionate about providing excellent customer service and has a proven track record of success in a customer service or healthcare setting. This person should be an excellent communicator, have an eye for detail, and be comfortable with a variety of tasks. The successful candidate must possess a high school diploma or GED, have at least one year of customer service experience in a healthcare setting, and possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills. If you have a passion for patient care and are looking for an opportunity to make a difference in the lives of those we serve, then this position is for you!
