  1. Oversee the delivery of exceptional patient care within the inpatient setting.
  2. Lead and manage a team of nurses, providing guidance, support, and mentorship.
  3. Develop and implement strategic initiatives to improve patient outcomes and satisfaction.
  4. Ensure compliance with all regulatory standards and guidelines related to inpatient nursing.
  5. Collaborate with other leaders and departments to ensure seamless and coordinated patient care.
  6. Develop and manage budgets, staffing, and resources to effectively support the inpatient nursing department.
  7. Analyze data and trends to identify areas for improvement and implement evidence-based practices.
  8. Foster a culture of professional growth and development among inpatient nursing staff.
  9. Serve as a liaison between inpatient nursing staff and other departments to facilitate communication and collaboration.
  10. Communicate effectively with patients, families, and other healthcare professionals to ensure the highest level of care.
  11. Stay current with advancements and best practices in oncology nursing and apply them to improve patient care.
  12. Represent the inpatient nursing department in meetings and presentations with senior leadership.
  13. Uphold the values and mission of the organization in all aspects of the role.
  14. Plan and lead initiatives to enhance the patient experience and satisfaction.
  15. Address and resolve any issues or concerns related to inpatient nursing in a timely and effective manner.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Nursing And A Master's Degree In Nursing Administration Or Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 10 Years Of Progressive Leadership Experience In An Acute Care Hospital Setting, With At Least 5 Years In A Senior Nursing Leadership Role.

  • Strong Understanding Of Oncology Nursing And The Ability To Lead And Develop A Team Of Nursing Professionals.

  • Proven Track Record Of Implementing And Sustaining Quality Improvement Initiatives And Promoting A Culture Of Excellence In Patient Care.

  • Demonstrated Ability To Collaborate With Interdisciplinary Teams, Develop Strategic Plans, And Effectively Manage Budgets And Resources.
