Ultrasound Technologist

Ultrasound Technologists must possess the technical skills and knowledge necessary to perform ultrasound imaging procedures and obtain diagnostic quality images. A warm and friendly demeanor, the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and a genuine concern for the health and well-being of cancer patients are all essential qualities.The ideal candidate will have an Associate’s Degree in Diagnostic Medical Sonography and possess ARDMS certification and/or RDMS certification in Abdomen, OB/GYN, and Vascular Ultrasound. Responsibilities: -Perform ultrasound imaging procedures and obtain diagnostic quality images -Maintain current ARDMS certification and/or RDMS certification in Abdomen, OB/GYN, and Vascular Ultrasound -Provide exceptional patient care with compassion and respect -Maintain current CPR certification -Work in a fast-paced environment -Ensure patient safety and best practices -Maintain a warm and friendly demeanor -Maintain knowledge of current trends and developments in ultrasound technology -Ensure accurate and timely completion of paperwork related to procedures -Demonstrate excellent communication skills with patients, families, and healthcare team members
