  1. Conduct research and experiments related to cell therapy under the guidance of senior researchers and physicians.
  2. Perform cell culture, isolation, and manipulation techniques to develop novel cell-based therapies.
  3. Maintain accurate and detailed records of experimental procedures and results.
  4. Analyze and interpret data, and present findings to team members and stakeholders.
  5. Collaborate with other team members to design and execute experiments and troubleshoot technical issues.
  6. Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and protocols in the laboratory.
  7. Stay current with the latest developments and advancements in cell therapy, and implement new techniques and protocols as needed.
  8. Assist in the development and optimization of cell therapy protocols.
  9. Participate in the production and quality control of cell therapy products.
  10. Contribute to writing and editing scientific publications, grant proposals, and presentations.
  11. Train and supervise junior staff and students on laboratory techniques and procedures.
  12. Attend team meetings and present updates on project progress.
  13. Maintain and organize laboratory equipment and supplies.
  14. Collaborate with external partners and vendors to acquire necessary materials and resources.
  15. Uphold the values and mission of Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center in all aspects of the job.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In A Relevant Field Such As Biomedical Engineering, Molecular Biology, Or Cell Biology.

  • At Least 2 Years Of Experience Working In A Research Or Clinical Setting, Preferably In Cell Therapy Or Immunotherapy.

  • Strong Understanding Of Good Manufacturing Practice (Gmp) Regulations And Experience Working In A Gmp-Compliant Environment.

  • Proficiency In A Variety Of Laboratory Techniques, Such As Cell Culture, Flow Cytometry, And Molecular Biology Techniques.

  • Excellent Communication And Organizational Skills, With The Ability To Work Independently And Collaboratively In A Fast-Paced, Team-Oriented Environment.
