  1. Develop and execute innovative and effective strategies for sourcing, attracting, and hiring top talent for Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center.
  2. Utilize a variety of recruitment methods, including job boards, social media, networking events, and employee referrals, to identify and engage with potential candidates.
  3. Screen and assess candidates to ensure they meet the qualifications and cultural fit for open positions at MSK.
  4. Build and maintain relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and external partners to facilitate a positive and efficient recruitment process.
  5. Collaborate with hiring managers to develop job descriptions and interview questions that accurately reflect the requirements and expectations for each position.
  6. Utilize data and metrics to evaluate the success of recruitment strategies and make recommendations for improvement.
  7. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition to continuously improve our recruitment processes.
  8. Represent MSK at job fairs, conferences, and other events to promote our employer brand and attract top talent.
  9. Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process, providing timely communication and feedback to candidates.
  10. Actively participate in diversity and inclusion initiatives to attract a diverse pool of candidates and promote an inclusive workplace.
  11. Adhere to all legal and ethical standards in the recruitment process, including equal employment opportunity and affirmative action guidelines.
  12. Collaborate with the onboarding team to ensure a smooth transition for new hires and assist in the retention of top talent.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Human Resources, Business, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 3 Years Experience In Talent Acquisition/Recruitment, Preferably In A Healthcare Or Scientific Research Setting.

  • Strong Understanding Of Labor Laws And Regulations, As Well As Best Practices In Recruitment And Selection.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Build Relationships With Candidates, Hiring Managers, And Other Stakeholders.

  • Experience With Applicant Tracking Systems And Other Recruitment Software, As Well As Proficiency In Microsoft Office Suite.
