
Sr. HR Business Partner
At Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center (MSKCC), we are dedicated to providing the best care for our patients and their families. We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Senior HR Business Partner to join our Human Resources team. The successful candidate will have a passion for supporting MSKCC's mission and contributing to an inclusive, collaborative, and innovative workplace. The Senior HR Business Partner will be a critical member of the HR team, providing leadership and guidance in developing and implementing HR strategies that support the organization’s strategic goals.The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 8 years of progressive experience in HR, including at least 5 years in a business partner role. A Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field is preferred. The candidate must also possess a strong knowledge of employment laws, compensation strategies, benefits, and performance management. Additionally, the ideal candidate must demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills, the ability to build relationships with all levels of the organization, and the ability to effectively manage multiple assignments.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement HR strategies that support the organization’s strategic goals
- Provide leadership and guidance to the HR team
- Ensure compliance with employment laws, compensation strategies, and benefits
- Manage performance management programs
- Maintain positive relationships with all levels of the organization
- Monitor and evaluate HR processes and procedures
- Provide guidance and advice to management on employee relations issues
- Oversee recruitment and onboarding processes
- Assist with the development of training and development programs
- Prepare and present reports on HR activities and initiatives
