Specialist - Patient Financial Services

As a Specialist in the Patient Financial Services Department, you will be responsible for managing patient accounts, understanding third-party and government policies, and providing guidance and support to patients and families during their cancer treatment. You will be part of a team dedicated to delivering exceptional patient care and financial assistance to our patients and families. The ideal candidate for this position will be a self-starter with strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent communication and customer service skills, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team. You must have a minimum of two years of experience in a customer service, healthcare, or finance-related role and have a strong understanding of insurance policies and billing practices. Knowledge of medical terminology and/or the healthcare industry is also a plus.
