
Senior Program Manager, Learning & Development
Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center is looking for a highly motivated and experienced Senior Program Manager for our Learning & Development team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about developing people and teams, be an exceptional communicator, and have a drive to make a difference. The Senior Program Manager will lead the design, development, and implementation of innovative learning and development initiatives, ensuring a culture of continuous learning for our staff. This role requires an individual with strong problem-solving skills, a commitment to excellence, and the ability to work collaboratively and independently.Required qualifications:• 7+ years of program or project management experience in a Learning & Development context• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Human Resources, Education, Organizational Development, or a related field• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills• Ability to work collaboratively across departments• Excellent organizational and project management skills• Ability to effectively manage multiple initiatives and deadlines• Knowledge of adult learning theory, instructional design, and evaluation methodologies• Experience with virtual training and blended learning• Knowledge of current trends and best practices in Learning & Development
