  1. Develop and implement financial strategies and plans for clinical operations in alignment with the overall goals and mission of the organization.
  2. Oversee the financial performance of clinical operations, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.
  3. Collaborate with senior leadership and other stakeholders to identify and implement cost-saving measures and revenue-generating initiatives.
  4. Ensure compliance with financial regulations and laws, as well as internal policies and procedures.
  5. Manage and mentor a team of financial professionals, providing guidance, support, and development opportunities.
  6. Evaluate and optimize financial processes and systems to improve efficiency and accuracy.
  7. Prepare and present financial reports and analyses to senior leadership, providing insights and recommendations for decision-making.
  8. Serve as a strategic partner to clinical leaders, providing financial expertise and guidance to support their decision-making.
  9. Lead and participate in cross-functional projects and initiatives to drive organizational growth and improvement.
  10. Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices in healthcare finance, and apply them to enhance the financial performance of clinical operations.
  11. Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement within the finance team and across clinical operations.
  12. Represent the organization in external meetings and events, promoting its mission and values to stakeholders and the public.
  13. Maintain a high level of professionalism and confidentiality in all interactions and communications.

Job Qualifications
  • Extensive Experience In Clinical Finance Management: The Senior Director Should Have A Minimum Of 10 Years Of Experience In Healthcare Finance, With A Focus On Clinical Operations. This Includes Experience In Budgeting, Forecasting, Financial Analysis, And Revenue Cycle Management.

  • Strong Leadership Skills: The Senior Director Must Have Proven Experience In Leading And Managing A Team Of Finance Professionals. They Should Possess Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills To Effectively Collaborate With Cross-Functional Teams And Senior Leadership.

  • In-Depth Knowledge Of Healthcare Regulations And Compliance: The Senior Director Must Have A Thorough Understanding Of Healthcare Regulations, Including Medicare, Medicaid, And Other Third-Party Payers. They Should Also Have Experience In Ensuring Compliance With These Regulations And Managing Audits And Investigations.

  • Strategic Vision And Business Acumen: The Senior Director Must Have A Strategic Mindset And The Ability To Analyze Financial Data To Make Informed Decisions. They Should Also Have A Strong Business Acumen And Be Able To Identify Opportunities For Cost Savings And Revenue Growth.

  • Advanced Degree In Finance Or Business Administration: A Master’s Degree In Finance, Business Administration, Or A Related Field Is Typically Required For This Role. The Senior Director Should Also Have A Cpa Or Other Relevant Certifications.
