Senior Director, Corporate Development Finance

The Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center is looking for an experienced and driven professional to step into the role of Senior Director, Corporate Development Finance. This individual will be responsible for leading the strategic financial planning and analysis for the Corporate Development group, which is responsible for managing the Center's alliances, acquisitions, and divestitures. This individual will be a core member of the Corporate Development team, responsible for providing financial and operational support to the Center’s senior management. Responsibilities:

1. Lead the strategic financial planning and analysis for the Corporate Development group.
2. Provide financial and operational support to the Center’s senior management.
3. Manage the Center's alliances, acquisitions, and divestitures.
4. Monitor and analyze financial performance and trends.
5. Develop and maintain effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
6. Ensure compliance with financial policies and procedures.
7. Prepare and review financial reports and presentations.
8. Make recommendations for process improvements and cost optimization.
9. Manage the budgeting and forecasting process.
10. Research and analyze potential investments and acquisitions.
