  1. Utilize data analysis and reporting skills to support strategic decision-making within the Patient Access department.
  2. Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the healthcare industry and the unique challenges faced by cancer patients and their families.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify key performance indicators and develop data-driven solutions to improve the patient experience.
  4. Proactively identify trends and patterns in data to inform and guide business decisions.
  5. Create and maintain data visualizations and dashboards to effectively communicate insights and recommendations to stakeholders.
  6. Conduct thorough data analyses and present findings to leadership in a clear and concise manner.
  7. Identify opportunities for process improvement and efficiency within the Patient Access department based on data analysis.
  8. Collaborate with IT teams to ensure accurate and timely data collection, storage, and analysis.
  9. Stay up-to-date on the latest trends and advancements in business intelligence and healthcare analytics.
  10. Act as a subject matter expert on data and analytics within the Patient Access department, providing guidance and support to team members.
  11. Adhere to all data privacy and security protocols to maintain the confidentiality of patient information.
  12. Foster a collaborative and inclusive work environment, promoting teamwork and knowledge sharing among colleagues.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In Business, Data Science, Analytics, Or Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Business Intelligence, Data Analysis, Or Data Modeling.

  • Advanced Technical Skills In Sql, Data Visualization Tools (E.g. Tableau, Power Bi), And Statistical Analysis.

  • Strong Understanding Of Healthcare Data And Patient Access Processes.

  • Experience With Project Management, Stakeholder Engagement, And Presenting Data-Driven Insights To Senior Leadership.
