- Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to track performance and identify areas for improvement.
- Conduct thorough research and stay updated on industry trends and best practices related to healthcare operations and business intelligence.
- Provide guidance and mentorship to junior analysts and team members.
- Communicate complex data and findings in a clear and understandable manner to non-technical stakeholders.
- Identify and address data quality issues to ensure accuracy and reliability of data.
- Use statistical analysis and predictive modeling techniques to identify patterns and trends in data.
- Continuously seek opportunities to improve processes and systems to enhance data analysis and reporting capabilities.
- Collaborate with other teams and departments to identify and implement innovative solutions to improve cancer care.
- Uphold the mission, values, and standards of Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center in all aspects of the role.
Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In Business Intelligence, Analytics, Finance, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In A Similar Role, With A Focus On Epic Revenue Cycle.
Strong Proficiency In Data Analysis Tools Such As Sql, Tableau, And Power Bi.
In-Depth Knowledge Of Healthcare Revenue Cycle Processes, Including Billing, Coding, And Reimbursement.
Excellent Communication And Presentation Skills, With The Ability To Translate Complex Data Into Actionable Insights For Stakeholders.
