1. Greet and welcome patients and their families to the cancer center with warmth and compassion.
2. Provide excellent customer service and help create a welcoming environment for patients and their families.
3. Assist with directing visitors to appropriate areas of the center and providing information about services and resources available.
4. Help facilitate patient appointments and assist with scheduling as needed.
5. Support patients and their families during their time at the center, offering emotional support and listening to their needs.
6. Collaborate with staff to identify and address any concerns or needs of patients and their families.
7. Help maintain a clean and organized environment for patients and visitors.
8. Support the center's events and activities, including educational seminars and fundraising events.
9. Act as an ambassador for the center, promoting our mission and values to the community.
10. Attend training and informational sessions to stay updated on the latest information and procedures.
11. Maintain confidentiality and adhere to all privacy policies and procedures.
12. Foster a positive and inclusive environment by treating all patients, visitors, and staff with respect and dignity.
13. Continuously seek ways to improve the patient and visitor experience at the center.
14. Assist with administrative tasks, such as filing, data entry, and answering phone calls.
15. Represent the center in a professional and ethical manner at all times.
