Job Description

Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center is seeking an experienced and compassionate Phlebotomist to join our team. As a Phlebotomist, you will be responsible for performing blood draws on our patients in a professional and thorough manner. You will be a fundamental part of the patient care team, so a strong commitment to patient satisfaction and a friendly and supportive attitude are essential. We are looking for someone who is professional, reliable, and passionate about helping others. The ideal candidate for this role will have at least 1 year of phlebotomy experience, strong communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Additionally, a current certification in phlebotomy is preferred.

Responsibilities:

  1. Perform blood draws on patients in a professional and thorough manner.
  2. Act as a part of the patient care team.
  3. Provide friendly and supportive patient care.

  8. Maintain current phlebotomy certification (preferred).
