1. Greet and assist patients and visitors in a friendly and courteous manner.
2. Direct and guide vehicles to appropriate parking spaces.
3. Collect parking fees and issue parking tickets accurately.
4. Maintain a safe and organized parking lot, ensuring all vehicles are parked in designated areas.
5. Monitor and report any suspicious or unauthorized activity in the parking lot.
6. Keep track of available parking spaces and communicate updates to incoming vehicles.
7. Provide helpful and accurate information to patients and visitors regarding parking rates, locations, and procedures.
8. Manage and maintain parking equipment, including ticket machines and payment systems.
9. Keep accurate records of daily parking transactions and revenue.
10. Respond promptly and efficiently to any customer complaints or issues.
11. Work closely with other hospital staff to ensure a seamless parking experience for patients and visitors.
12. Follow safety protocols and procedures to ensure the well-being of all individuals in the parking lot.
13. Maintain a clean and tidy parking lot, including removing any debris or hazards.
14. Stay up-to-date with hospital policies, procedures, and parking rates.
15. Attend training and development sessions to improve job knowledge and skills.
16. Demonstrate a positive and professional attitude at all times.
17. Collaborate with other parking attendants to ensure adequate coverage and support during busy periods.
18. Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor.
