  1. Oversee and manage the daily operations of the Employee Health department, ensuring that all policies and procedures are followed and that the highest level of care is provided to our employees.
  2. Develop and implement employee health programs and initiatives that promote wellness and prevent workplace injuries and illnesses.
  3. Provide expert guidance and support to the Employee Health team, including physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals, to ensure a high standard of care is maintained.
  4. Stay up-to-date with the latest developments and best practices in employee health and make recommendations for improvements to the department.
  5. Collaborate with other departments and leaders within the organization to develop and implement strategies for promoting a healthy and safe work environment.
  6. Conduct regular audits and assessments of the Employee Health program to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and identify areas for improvement.
  7. Serve as a resource and mentor for staff, providing ongoing training and development opportunities to enhance their skills and knowledge.
  8. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of employee health data and provide reports to senior management as needed.
  9. Work closely with the Human Resources department to develop and implement policies and procedures related to employee health and safety.
  10. Communicate effectively with employees, providing education and support on a range of health and wellness topics.
  11. Collaborate with external partners, such as health insurance providers and occupational health specialists, to ensure comprehensive care for our employees.
  12. Serve as a liaison between the medical staff and other departments, advocating for the health and well-being of our employees.
  13. Act as a role model for the organization's values, promoting a culture of compassion, excellence, and teamwork.

Job Qualifications
  • Medical Degree (Md Or Do) From An Accredited Institution

  • Board Certification In Occupational Medicine Or Related Field

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Experience In A Leadership Role Within Employee Health Or Occupational Medicine

  • Strong Understanding Of Occupational Health And Safety Regulations, Including Osha And Ada

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills With The Ability To Collaborate With Multidisciplinary Teams And Effectively Communicate With Employees At All Levels Of The Organization.
